The quality of products and services is crucial for high customer satisfaction. Only on the basis of satisfied customers is the long-term existence and successful future of a company possible.
Efficient processes, motivated and trained employees, responsible use of resources and an orientation towards strict economic efficiency are our decisive factors in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
As an effective instrument for implementing our high quality standards, we have maintained a certified quality management system since 2003, which is constantly being developed and improved.

In order to implement the quality policy and achieve our quality goals, our management provides all necessary personnel capacities, investments and training measures. It ensures that our QM system is regularly controlled and evaluated and initiates necessary measures for improvement.
The principles of this quality policy as well as all valid guidelines for action within the framework of our QM management, in particular the striving to achieve specified quality goals, are binding for all our employees.
